In Adlerian psychology, this is called private logic: the deeply personal beliefs that quietly shape our perceptions, behaviors, and relationships. While these scripts once protected us, they also became the box of our type fixation.
In this experiential session, you’ll identify your type’s secret script, hear the healing lost childhood message that can soften it, and explore the concept of the fluid self ; the part of you that exists beyond the story. Through guided reflection, type-specific Beyond-the-Box experiments, and visualization, you’ll experience how to loosen identification with your type and meet a more spacious, authentic self.
