About Speaker
Kirsten Garbini is the founder and CEO of a globally recognised learning design organisation, Dineo Pact. The Dineo team has cultivated a reputation for crafting immersive and transformative online learning experiences for organisations in the USA, Australia, and South Africa. Concurrently, Kirsten’s academic pursuits have culminated in her pursuit of a doctoral degree, with a primary research focus on the pivotal role moderators play within virtual communities of practice. Kirsten’s research finds a pertinent context within an Enneagram Community of Practice—a realm distinguished for its nuanced landscape of meaning-making and profound transformation. Kirsten holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Coaching, from Stellenbosch University as well as extensive leadership coaching experience using the Enneagram as a path of wisdom and self-awareness. Kirsten has an extensive tenure of twenty years within the corporate arena. This encompasses Board Level positions within the domain of Human Capital. Kirsten’s multifaceted journey intertwines academic rigor, coaching and corporate acumen, reflecting her holistic approach to leadership and knowledge advancement.
