About Speaker
Islam Abokandil is a distinguished Canadian-Egyptian coach, renowned as the founder of
Transcend, a company devoted to empowering individuals on their journey of personal
transformation and aiding organizations in aligning their values with the accomplishment of their
goals.
As an architect of inner transformation, he has developed an Enneagram coaching model built upon
the belief that “Success is a by-product of self-realization.”
