The main objective is to help people COMPASSIONATELY recognise how stuck Ego patterns are a protective “fake adult” that jumped in in childhood to protect them from everyday “micro-trauma” and from more severe traumas.(based on NICAMB teachings, the National Institute of Clinical and Behavioural Medicine, and NARM, the Neuroaffective Relational Model latest trauma theory and clinical training). I want to go beyond a theoretical understanding to an embodied experiential sense of who the real person is inside them when that “fake adult” part can relax and trust them.

Her work draws on Cognitive Science, Somatic Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology and Spiritual Traditions. She is currently writing a Ph.D. on the Enneagram path and furthering her trauma studies with the TRF, NARM and NICABM.
