About Workshop
We all carry two core movements of life: a masculine current (focused, active, boundary creating) and a feminine current (receptive, attuning, unifying). In Sufi language, these are JalÄl (Majesty) and JamÄl (Beauty). Wholeness, KamÄl, arises when they consciously and holistically meet. This session offers an archetypal, heart-based exploration of how we each habitually lean into one pole or another, and how we can reconcile the two across the Enneagram types, the three centers, and the instincts.
Through brief teachings, experiential practices (inner dance), and dyad inquiry, participants will map their personal Polarity Patterns and learn micro practices to shift from overuse of one pole to a living balance. We will draw on Sufi wisdom (qualities like Strength, Gentleness, Love, Truth, Peace) in inclusive language, honoring all genders so the work remains universal.
You will leave with a simple Polarity Compass and an Integral Life Practice (ILP) for ongoing integration in your daily life.
