Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Until 25 November: 100% refund (excluding 10% of paid amount as a Transaction Fees)
From 26 Nov. to 30 Dec.: 50% refund (and an additional 10% of the total amount as a Transaction Fees)
From 31 Dec. to Conference: No refund (online access to the virtual track will be granted instead)
