Once payment is received, the Group Leader will receive a confirmation email containing a list of the names of the confirmed members in his/her group. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Until 25 November:                        100% refund (excluding 10% of paid amount as a Transaction Fees)
• From 26 Nov. to 30 Dec.:              50% refund (and an additional 10% of the total amount as a Transaction Fees)
• From 31 Dec. to Conference:        No refund (online access to the virtual track will be granted instead)
