About Workshop
In a time when our world is urgently calling for greater understanding, compassion, and healing, the Enneagram offers more than personality insight it offers a path to peace from the inside out. This session invites participants into a transformative journey to explore how unresolved inner patterns fuel outer conflict, and how cultivating self-awareness and presence can restore harmony in relationships, communities, and leadership.
Drawing on over 20 years of international legal and mediation experience and research published in the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal, Inely Cesna shares how she has applied the Enneagram in more than 250 mediations, including family, community, and police-civilian dialogues across diverse cultures.
Participants will be guided to recognize the inner roots of conflict using the powerful am upset because dynamic. Together, we’ll explore the nine emotional patterns of the Enneagram through a lens of compassion, while learning practical tools to shift from reactivity to presence and activate inner virtues such as humility, courage, and equanimity.
