About Workshop
This session explores how trauma shows up in each center of intelligence and introduces Connect 5, an evidence-based framework for nervous system regulation and resilience. Through interactive practices, participants will learn to restore balance across the centers, cultivate safety, and support healing.
Rooted in the theme “Align, Embrace, Reconcile”, this workshop invites attendees to:
Align by reconnecting head, heart, and body.
Embrace adaptive survival strategies with compassion.
Reconcile by integrating trauma-informed practices with Enneagram wisdom.
Interactivity is woven throughout: guided reflection on center disruptions, a live Connect 5 regulation exercise, small group dialogue on stress responses, and whole-group discussion applying insights cross-culturally.
Attendees will leave with practical regulation tools and a deeper appreciation for how the Enneagram and Connect 5 together create pathways for resilience, integration, and reconnection.
