About Workshop
Step into a paradigm-shifting experience where the Enneagram becomes more than a theory , it becomes a living mirror for healing and integration. Drawing on the unique method taught at our school, this session will reveal how different types of personality reflects hidden parts of ourselves as the traits we resist, admire, or overlook offering profound keys for personal and relational transformation.
Through dynamic, guided exploration, you will learn to spot both unconscious and conscious movements of each type, especially through the powerful lens of arrows and internal triads. You will discover how the presence of others awakens your own patterns and how this awareness can open the door to greater empathy, alignment, and connection.
The highlight of the session is an embodied Enneagram mat experience: you will literally take your place with your type, observe the expressions of other types in action, and witness the dance between shadow and light in real time.
By reconciling inner polarities and embracing the full spectrum of human expression, you will leave with practical insights to deepen empathy, reduce reactivity, and live with greater authenticity.

Director Portugal & Teacher at “Nicolai Cursino Institute” (IEA accredited enneagram school – AES, based in Brazil and Portugal. I have been using the Enneagram with Leaders and Teams on an integrated basis since 2017, as well as I am teaching and facilitating Enneagram trainings, workshops and retreats since January 2022.
