Thank you for your interest in IEA Egypt Conference 2026.  Every effort was made to make registration a comprehensive and smooth experience.

Following are the Conference rates:

* Additional 4% for foreign currency payments

The above rates cover participation ONLY in the conference. They do not include Dinner or Preconference Day which will be announced at a later date.

Steps for Registration:

For IEA Egypt Members: To receive the special rate, membership must be valid until February 9^th, 2026

1. Fill out the Registration Form (link) (contact IEA Egypt for your Membership No.)
2. Once you have done so, an account will automatically be created for you with a Username and Password, which you can use to access your registration, and for future sign ups
3. You will also receive payment information. Please make full payment and send a copy of proof of payment to +20 109 346 7792
4. Once payment is processed you will receive a message confirming your registration for IEA Egypt Conference 2026

IEA Egypt Membership

Members will receive a discounted registration rate as well as special member benefits. Membership must be valid until February 9^th, 2026

Cancellation Policy

Up to 25 Nov. 2025                       100% refund minus 10% Transaction Fees

From 26 Nov. to 30 Dec. 2025     50% refund minus 10% Transaction Fees

From 31 Dec. 2025                        No refunds
